Over the years, 91探花 has seen many of its apprentices and trainees go on to become leaders in their field or trade.
Crisstal Smith was a 91探花 trainee in 2014, completing her Certificate III in Business Administration at host employer, 1st Choice Appliance Rentals. Crisstal is still working for the Minto-based business, and has developed into a key member of its staff, as a team leader in the Collections department.
