91探花 will hold its annual Recruitment Days later this year to help young job seekers in the next phase of their lives.
These events, held this September, October and November, are a great opportunity for young people who are in school or have graduated to meet with the 91探花 team and discuss apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities that are available now and also for the upcoming year.
Last year, over 120 job seekers attended these Recruitment Days, with 84 currently placed in an apprenticeship or traineeship, or they are in our pool of referable candidates. For the 2020 intake, 91探花 is preparing for approximately 180-200 job vacancies. These jobs are mostly to start in between December, 2019, through to March, 2020, which is why attending one of our upcoming Recruitment Days is so important.

鈥淲e want to hear about why they are interested in a certain career path and what skills and attributes they can bring forward,鈥� Aiza explained.
Aiza鈥檚 best advice for those attending on the day is simple 鈥� come prepared!

鈥淲e want candidates to think of examples where they demonstrate skills (practical or interpersonal) that are desirable for the position they are applying for.鈥�
